As the new flagship bidet seat from industry leader TOTO, the Washlet S7 elevates your bathroom experience. This successor to the popular S500e boasts a refreshed design and a host of new features, setting a new standard for hygiene and comfort.
Design and Compatibility
The TOTO Washlet S7 is available in an elongated size in Cotton White color to seamlessly integrate with your existing bathroom decor. You can also choose between two distinct lid designs:
- Contemporary: Features a sleek, rounded, and seamless look, perfect for modern toilet bowls.
- Classic: Presents a beveled edge, aligning with more traditional bathroom styles.
At just 4.1 inches in rear height, the S7 is one of the slimmest bidet seats on the market. A notable design upgrade is the seamless seat, which eliminates the common gap where dirt tends to accumulate, ensuring a cleaner and more hygienic experience.
The Washlet S7 is incredibly versatile, compatible with both standard toilets and TOTO's T20/T40 toilets as part of a Washlet+ system. This enhanced compatibility is thanks to TOTO's thoughtful adjustment of the water hose and electrical cord locations. This also means it's Auto Flush capable when paired with a compatible TOTO auto flush kit (sold separately).
Enhanced Remote Control
The TOTO S7 features an updated remote control with a horizontal layout and larger, tactile physical buttons. While the previous generation's touch-capacitive buttons are gone, and the LCD screen on the rear has been removed (saving battery life), the improved button design offers a more intuitive user experience for daily operation.
Premium Features and Performance
The TOTO Washlet S7 comes fully equipped with the premium features you'd expect from a top-tier bidet seat. It utilizes a tankless water heating system for unlimited warm water, ensuring consistent comfort throughout your wash. The powerful and effective dryer is also a standout feature. For superior hygiene, the S7 employs Ewater+ to sanitize both the nozzle and the toilet bowl between uses. TOTO washlets are known for consistently delivering very effective and comfortable cleansing.
New Innovations
The S7 introduces several exciting new features:
- Manual Ewater+ Mist: A new button on the back of the remote allows you to manually mist the toilet bowl with Ewater+ for an extra layer of cleanliness.
- Power Deodorizer: Activate this function to boost the deodorizer fan during particularly "fragrant" moments.
Additionally, the S7 series offers significantly more fine-tuning adjustments. You can now precisely control settings like the timing of the auto lid, set schedules for power-saving modes, activate an LED lighting "night mode," and much more, allowing for a truly personalized experience.

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@yourroyalflush.com.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@yourroyalflush.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. If the product is not damaged (Damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis.), you can return your product for a full refund, less shipping, to the original payment method. You may also choose to exchange your product for a different product. Due to health and safety implications, our products can only be returned unused.
