Returns/Exchanges
At Your Royal Flush, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we strive to make our returns process as straightforward as possible.
Our General Return Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a product's description, due to the hygienic nature of the products we sell, you may only return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, including a 3% restocking fee. Return requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, cancellation, or exchange, please contact us first at returns@yourroyalflush.com to confirm eligibility and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will then provide you with all necessary information, including the return address.
Inspecting Your Delivery
We urge you to inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and before signing for it. If you notice any damages, please notify us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Important: All freight damages must be reported to us within 48 hours for LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipments or within 15 days for small parcel (UPS/FEDEX Ground) shipments for the carrier to honor the claim.
Cancellations & Refunds

Shipping Methods: Bidet toilet seats, attachments, and accessories typically ship via UPS or FEDEX ground. Larger items like toilets and bathtubs usually ship via LTL freight.

Ground Shipments (UPS/FEDEX): If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped via UPS or FEDEX ground, we will provide you with a paid shipping label to return your order once it arrives.

LTL Freight Shipments: For larger orders already shipped via LTL freight, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Credit Card Fees: For cancelled orders where payment has already been captured, up to 3% in credit card processing fees may be non-refundable.

Refund Timing:

If items have already shipped and are returned, you will receive your refund within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item(s).

If you cancel an order before items have shipped, you will receive your refund within 30 days of our receipt of the cancellation.

Deductions: Any applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs exceeding will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
Returns and Refunds Based on Error

Our Error (Incorrect or Defective Item): If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide you with the correct item at no cost to you and supply a paid shipping label to return the incorrect or defective item(s).

Buyer's Error (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item): If the return is due to buyer's error, we will provide you with a paid shipping label and cover the return shipping costs of up to $50.

Label Delivery: The return shipping label will be sent to the email address provided. If no email is available, we will mail the label to the shipping address.

Refund Condition: You will receive your refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned item(s) in resellable condition.

Deductions: Any applicable restocking fee (3%) and return shipping costs will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Responsibility for Returns: Your Royal Flush is not responsible for damages or lost items incurred during return shipping. We highly recommend insuring your return items with the shipping carrier.
Easy Exchanges

Exchanges must be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included, or they will not be accepted.

The buyer has 30 days from delivery to initiate an exchange.

Your Royal Flush is not responsible for damages incurred during exchange shipping. Please insure your exchange items with the shipping carrier.

Any exchange shipping costs will be subtracted from the total refund amount. You will receive any refund due within 30 days of us receiving the returned item(s) in resellable condition.

If a specific vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be clearly noted in the product descriptions or in product-specific return information.

Your Royal Flush only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of their economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one-time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders purchased by promotional companies, and orders purchased by trade show facilitators.
