ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Our HOROW products are built to last, showcasing unique craftsmanship and superior quality materials. We stand behind our commitment to durability and offer a one (1) year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, encompassing all products, parts, and components.
If any defects in materials or craftsmanship arise under regular use within the first year after delivery, HOROW will provide replacement parts at no cost. Alternatively, at our discretion, we may replace any product or part that is deemed defective, as long as it has been subjected to normal installation, use, service, or maintenance. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase will be required for any claims.
HOROW recommends all installations of HOROW products be conducted by a licensed, professional plumber or contractor. HOROW will not be held responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper installation, misuse, or failure to utilize a licensed professional for installation. Please note that HOROW is not liable for any costs associated with installation or removal.
Warranty Claims
If you suspect an issue with your product or any of its components, please fill out the Contact Form or contact support@horow.com for warranty claims. To process your claim, we require proof of purchase and photos/videos of the damaged product. Our HOROW technicians will carefully examine the provided documentation. Before submitting a claim, we recommend checking our FAQs for potential simple solutions.
HOROW shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of parts purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
This One-Year Limited Warranty Will Be Voided If:
- Accidental damage and normal wear and tear from in-home use.
- The installer fails to follow the recommended installation guidelines.
- The product has been moved from its initial place of installation
- The product has in any way been modified from its original packaged state
- The product has been subjected to improper maintenance, abuse, misuse, excessive use of chemicals, accidents, or other damages, etc.

About Our Policies
Price Match
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@yourroyalflush.com.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders in the United States.

Exchanges/Returns
At Your Royal Flush, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we strive to make our returns process as straightforward as possible.
Our General Return Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a product's description, due to the hygienic nature of the products we sell, you may only return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, including a 3% restocking fee. Return requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, cancellation, or exchange, please contact us first at returns@yourroyalflush.com to confirm eligibility and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will then provide you with all necessary information, including the return address.
Inspecting Your Delivery
We urge you to inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and before signing for it. If you notice any damages, please notify us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Important: All freight damages must be reported to us within 48 hours for LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipments or within 15 days for small parcel (UPS/FEDEX Ground) shipments for the carrier to honor the claim.
Cancellations & Refunds

Shipping Methods: Bidet toilet seats, attachments, and accessories typically ship via UPS or FEDEX ground. Larger items like toilets and bathtubs usually ship via LTL freight.

Ground Shipments (UPS/FEDEX): If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped via UPS or FEDEX ground, we will provide you with a paid shipping label to return your order once it arrives.

LTL Freight Shipments: For larger orders already shipped via LTL freight, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Credit Card Fees: For cancelled orders where payment has already been captured, up to 3% in credit card processing fees may be non-refundable.

If items have already shipped and are returned, you will receive your refund within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item(s).

If you cancel an order before items have shipped, you will receive your refund within 30 days of our receipt of the cancellation.

Buyer's Error (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item): If the return is due to buyer's error, we will provide you with a paid shipping label and cover the return shipping costs of up to $50.

Label Delivery: The return shipping label will be sent to the email address provided. If no email is available, we will mail the label to the shipping address.
